Have to disagree mate - Hull's home shirts from 2006-2009 were hardly changed each year, yet each season they sold 10,000 replicas. People like tradition.

Loads of fans do though - most home shirts of clubs like Liverpool are usually nearly the same everytime but they sell sh*tloads (same with my club Newcastle).
It can't be denied that last season's home shirt was e, I know a few people who refused to buy it because of how bad it was.
Carlotti's home shirts (such as the 2006 and 2008 ones) were a 100 times better then both Kooga ones so far.

Yeah, I bought the home one straightaway but more out of loyalty/habit then actually liking the shirt. Hope the new one is a decent effort.

| its quite strange really because i loved last seasons home shirt, a lot of talk has seemed to revolved around tradition ie. white shirt with a red band, i have only been following rl since 2008 so maybe ive stepped into the ultra commercial era and missed the pre sponsorship, pre mass marketing days when clubs could stick to the same or nearly same design season on season, either that or im very naive and will believe the club if they tell me that a new strip is fantastic, which of course there going to do.
each time a shirt has come out, 3 so far in my time as a rl fan, ive said that its better than the previous years and i expect that, even if it has to grow on me first, ill be saying the same thing about next years too, regardless of which way round the colour scheme is

I've explained this before, I'll do it one last time (GML will tell me off for over use of goose talk, Avianist)
I have little attachments for my webbed feet, all very simple, I put on "The Best Of Parliament" and funkdancetype.

| Pretty convincing theory on hullkrfans that the shirt posted earlier was based on a Tonga shirt:

Big Willie will feel right at home then if/when he gets here. Personally think this design could be a mini disaster, hoping it looks better then I think it will. I know we have to do things differently every season to sell shirts but this could be too much?
Carlotti shirts have been better fitting and better designs than Kooga generally, just hope they get this right, a more traditional design would have gone better (Hanson White was a good idea), if it's not gonna be next season it better be 2012.

I think it's a fake mate - ie somebody photoshopped the HKR badge onto the Tonga shirt. You [umight[/u get your wish for a traditional design.

| Didn't Mike Smith say that there would be more white in this year's strip following comments that the 2010 strip had too much red? Here's hoping for something traditional, loved the 2008 strip personally!

FFS, I'm running an evil terrorist organisation from Secret Hill Top Lair, and you doubt my ability to type?
I feel young Master GraftonRed may be valuable for my World Domination Strike Force, what with his delicate photo graphical trickery skills.
Perhaps The Skein will be in touch...

I have absolutely no idea who this "Manimal" character that you allude to is (no doubt another one of your bourgeoisie fascinations) but whatever it is I can do it better. To the power of ten. Plus one. For good measure.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manimal
"Manimal is an American action-adventure series that ran from September 30 to December 17, 1983 on NBC. The show around the character Dr Jonathan Chase (Simon MacCorkindale), a shape-shifting man who possessed the ability to turn himself into any animal he chose. He used this ability to help the police solve crimes."
But, disappointingly:
"By modern standards the show's special effects, though plentiful, are low-quality. While Jonathan had the ability to change himself into any animal, he would transform into a hawk and a black panther in nearly every episode. In some episodes, he would transform into a third animal, such as a horse, dolphin, or bull, [uwith the transformation taking place offscreen[/u, though once he was shown becoming a snake."
Cheaters! Or Cheetahs.

Although I am aware you have proved your self to be an Avianist in the past, please, I can click and follow a fecking link.
I'm not some sort of "Community Project" for you to patronise as you see fit.
Manimal is clearly rubbish, he has nothing on the powers of The Skein.
If I were to morph, (and as if I would tell you, if indeed I could not or could, arch Nemesis) I would blind you with a shower of my Magnesium Powders first. None the wiser then La Café, non the wiser.

I just enjoyed the description of the special effects (or lack thereof) so much I thought I'd share for those who can't be @rsed to click a link about a short-lived crapola tv series from the early 80s. Arch Nemesis? The extensive gormclops community on here to select from and you pick me? Unbelievable
Right, I'm off to morph into something. A Matt Cardle-loving, middle-aged accountant I think.
