Don't get me wrong it isn't in doubt and that is why H&P are getting on with it as they are already behind on the build times.
My only concern is that I cannot see them standing the cost of getting steel fabricated so there may come a point where they are ready for the steel but due to them not being able to give the fabricators enough lead time they are actually stopped waiting for it.

Looks like they've laid down a stone type access road where that large digger is. Other than that looks as though nothing has been done.

They are obviously working albeit slowly.
