I'm a little bit surprised were trying to move RL on, We have seemed a better team with him on the pitch than without and he does seem to inject an element of hard running when he comes on.
The missed tackles stat is always a strange one for me surely the stat should be a % figure of tackles attempted vs tackles made. A lazy player who's constantly out of position wont miss many tackles he just wont be there to make them.

As has been said it looks as is if CS has seen something missing in RL's game (attitude?) that he doesn't think is fixable so we'll have to see if its the correct call.
