I was trying to put accross the point that in the world today there is not realy a normal. When I first started watching all games were played 2pm saturday (with some mid week as well) the crowd at the game would have come straight from work paid on the gate (no tickets to book) then gone home to start the week end off. appart from shop workers & emergency workers there was little if any other work done. Now nearly every company seem to be going around the clock. Not everything is better today.
Anyway it wont be a problem for me as I retire in a couple of years.'"

| Rovers sold out of all unreserved tickets so should be a good turnout. I usually go for the full weekend but seeing as you cant go in and out of the ground between games its just our game for me!! On the plus side Ive heard its only 3 quid for a pint of John Smith's in the ground!!!  |

It's been posted on here in recent days that FC have sold over 4,000, Rovers 3,100. I'd be surprised (and impressed) if you take 6,000+ tomorrow. |

he was offerd a place free of charge to go for the weekend (all be it with us bunch of fc fans) all he had to do was pay for his ticket hotel ect all paid for.
said he would think about it over night and low and behold he bottled it!!

Well I think if I was offered a weekend with a bunch of FC fans then I would probably stay at home too. Wouldn't be my first choice for something to do for the weekend. (or second, or third) |
