Your edit just draws attention to the fact that there's supposed to be a profanity there and I reckon that people read it and try working out which word it was.

profanity generally isn't a problem as long as it passes the swear filter.
Changing it or adding it to another word to get it passed will get the =#FF0000EDIT-AS treatment.
