Went to a ceilidh last night. I wasn't drinking but have a hangover headache this morning. Quite wrong how much I enjoyed it.

Enjoyed my half time cheese and crackers, almost missed the cheerleaders but fortunately they were on the TVs.

Dummette: they still haven't put a battery in that clock, and the one in there is broken too.

Only ever been to one, at a friends wedding in a Scottish castle. It was quite a laugh although some of the Scots were taking it [uvery[/u seriously.

We got one of the moves wrong and ended up bumping into an older couple, the bloke got a right huff on and gave me a push! He got even more upset when I sed like a little girl at him.

The absolute highlight was the groom attempting a sword dance. Without doubt the most uncoordinated thing I have ever seen.

I am a spineless parent....My 16 yr old has finished his exams awaiting to start college in Sept so basically spends most of his life in bed, on laptop & girlfriends later....I have just picked MY laptop up and started to close his stuff down and oh my word he has a live porn site...well I have bottled it and decided not to embarrass him as I am sure it would....his Dad can have words when he gets home, I cannot believe I am considering his feelings when he is sat about doing nothing but watch porn on my flipping laptop !!Kids

Going to sound really old now (for my 28 years) but kids today don't know what they're missing - I get the pee taken out of me for still buying CD albums, and also scouring carboot sales and markets for CD singles. They'll never know the joy of stumbling across a 20p Offspring single from 1998.
