If he'd retired due to a match playing injury then fair enough, he was a player who had a long term injury, was in recovery and decided to go out on the lash got beaten up and ended his career. You've got 1 decent player in Josh, who was well worthy of POTY award, & Hudgell can't keep him, it's a shame as you could build the future around him, it's the difference between the big clubs & us clubs that are always struggling to kick on. Not really advice, more of an opinion, just saying another quality English/homegrown star to test himself or chase the dollar. & my point is we both struggle to make the elite 4-6 losing these individuals, more should be done to keep them, wether it be the RFL stop ploughing money into the wrong areas, trying to kick it off in the midlands,cornwall, or wales, & up the salary cap. Just an opinion.
