i can't see him wanting to leave the area, he's still a young kid and will probably want his family close by. grew up supporting hull and i believe that's where he will end up. it's a shame as we gave him his chance and developed the talent, but it's only sport and money talks. good luck scott until derby day.

It would be a great shame to lose him, however, with regards to him growing up supporting Hull Fc, as far as i know or at least been told, he actualy supported both teams, depending which one was at home on the day, i believe his parents are divided supporters, one been a Hull Kr supporter and the other been an avid Fc fan though i'm not sure which way around the loyalties are.

While he'd be well within his rights to do that, it'd be brave. Which isn't fair or right, but no less true for that. It'd be an unappetizing prospect for the club as well, and in some respects it'd be better to sell, but looking that weak would also not be appealing. So it becomes a game of chicken. A move to a different club offers an 'out' for both parties, but we'll see.

well there is we could say to him sign a contract with us or move and if you dont you wont play in the first team next season will a player whos just broken into the england squad take that risk i think not

If Taylor saw out his contract he loses a full year of the extra wages on offer and that would be a substantial amount.
