Hmm. Thought she seemed a bit bossy tbh. Mind you, in the company of Rod, Freddy and Geoffrey, someone needed to take charge. Alpha female.

Starsky (similar I suppose):
Then Andy Taylor from Duran Duran:
Lasted a while that one.

I'm in Wrexham tonight at the McDonalds 200 yards from the Racecourse ground, just had a Big Tasty, they're lovely when free.

I really dislike McDonald's and can just about live with a Burger King, the Angus thingy isn't bad.
I like a burger, used to think Yankee Land was great but those bit's of shoe leather they give you in there are terrible compared to a good home made pub burger, or even one of your own. They're incredibly easy to make. All you need is decent butchers mince, then wang whatever else you fancy in a bowl with it. I like a bit of red onion, a bit of toasted cumin seeds, English mustard powder, little bit of bread crumbs, one egg for every half kilo of meat, seasoning and whatever else takes your fancy. Mush it all about, make into sort of cricket ball size shapes and flatten 'em out a bit and off you go.

| Christ I'm so sick of putting my foot in it.
So, I'm standing at the photocopier when someone from another team (that I don't particularly like) comes up, I make polite conversation. It goes like this;
pmh; "So, you're getting married soon aren't you, must be exciting?"
Wassock Face; "Well, we split up yesterday".
pmh; "Oh. Sorry to hear that."
Awkward silence ensued...

| Whoa! GJB is a lurking, won't post though, too busy repossessing Bright house telly's on Marfleet Lane.
Not as good as Matty either, he's hard at work updating the 2008 fixtures on "theprideofeasthull.com".

| Why was pmh's 'the world according to a goose' thread closed, can we open a new one?
------------------------
Pmh, I'm at a function on Sunday of which the dress code is 'smart casual', please elaborate on this for me. There's cheese and crackers at half time, would this make any difference?
Thanks in anticipation,

Probably because it was rubbish.
Mild Rover locked two of my threads, just trying to be helpful in both of them, can't help some people can you? No.
That Hayne Train's a touchy fellow, oh well, never mind.

Depends what sort of function, if it's a barbecue then some nice jeans, maybe "Se7en's" or my favourite's, "Citizen Of Humanity", a good shirt and some Birkenstock's.
Garden party type thing than a linen suit all the way, roll the sleeves up, wear a pastel shirt, Gucci loafers and grow a mullet, slicked back with "Soul Glo" so you look like Crocket and Tubbs from Miami Vice.
Oh, and you'll need a Ferrari.
