Hall's always been a good go forward player, so no surprises he looked good, he's just a poor defencive player, we never played on this and as such he was fc's best player. Let's see how he does when pressurized before casting him as the next jamie Lyon

agree, with webster and colborn on that side him and calderwood had it pretty easy. Be much better test of his defence when we play hudds on Friday |

I agree 100%.
As for his defence, most centres seem suspect defensively because it is such a difficult position to defend in. That why i always prefer exciting, speedy, and attack minded players in that position. |

Not sure having him in his pocket is accurate as aside from the try i dont think Jake was given a running oppotunity by his teammates. |

Yup and in addition Webbo totally lost his man when Hall scored. The term 'in his pocket' may be a little ott i'll give you that. But on yesterdays showing in both attack and defence Craig has ticks in all the right boxes. |

4 Tries in 5 games against Hull FC.
Agar needs to plan to defend against average centres more.
Didnt overly concern me defensively yesterday either. |

I've been one of Hall's biggest critics for the last two seasons as he has been woeful in defence and inconsistent (and shocking with his decision making some times). He was rightfully dropped from the team, and the loan spell was a great move for him. He has come back more confident and has looked good since his return.
Still has a lot to prove though. Two games doesn't show he has improved his consistency yet.
