So 1 1/2 games in and both our halfbacks are gone for a long period.

Prob bout 8 to 12 weeks depends if it needs operating on any news on lovegrove, sounds like our discipline is shocking again.

Wakey were gonna hammer us and prob by rights they shud ave done we lost our half back penalty count against us again and Taylor of for ten minutes I'd say in the circumstances and the terrible weather conditions we've done ok just glad we got one on agar yet again

Just got in (from the cinema, not Belle Vue

). Lovegrove finished the game apparently and commentators saying highly unlikely to be a broken collarbone as Dobson's on the pitch at the end, fortunately.

A good win for the "most destructive pack in the league" - sounds like they met their match today, mind.

Our pack were on top by all accounts, there was nobody behind them doing anything with the ball.

Who's said we have the most destructive pack in superleague? The only such claim I've seen was an Hull fan alluding to FC having the "biggest and strongest in SL" a week before the derby.

Four tries for Rovers all scored by forwards. Two tries for Wakefield scored by a back so I reckon Rovers forwards won this battle. Maybe it wouldn't have being so close if we hadn't being missing Dobson for 45 minutes and Green/Galea for the game.

Discipline certainly an issue but Dobson appeared to be moving his arms at full time. Left far less then his right so I'm guessing he's hurt his left arm.

Our pack looks good when Paea,Clinton and Mika are all on the pitch, we seem to struggle when there off and we have Taylor, Cox and Wheeldon on.

5, 10 foot trolls wouldnt have been destructive today on a gluepot. When grounds harden up then the destructive bit is the way they can run, hand off and offload. Watch this space.
