As for the game, it'll be a big ask for us. Not that I don't rate our chances, I just think the derby will have taken more out of us than Crusaders did Hudds.

Apart from the hull game, I've been impressed with them, so we'll need to be at our best.

We may have lost our voices on Friday, but the lads need them more than ever on Monday. Lets take the roof off the East stand.

Justin Morgan reckons we have plenty left in the tank. Another thing to consider which could actualy be in our favour is the fact that Huddersfield had a relatively easy game against Crusaders, ( no disrespect to Crusaders) and we had a tough intense game against Hull FC.
Sometimes its better to come off the back of a high intensity game rather than an easy one. Its often suggested the reason the Australian league is better than SL and they are still ahead of us at international level is because they play high intensity Rugby every week, with this in mind then, hopefuly Rovers will still be in the high intense frame of mind from playing in the derby whilst Huddersfield, after playing in a lesser intense type of game against The Crusaders may, possibly take a little longer to get into game, if so, Rovers will need to take full advantage early on and get points on the board.

I suppose if the franchise system works the way it's meant to by the third season there won't be any so called 'easy' games. The new clubs should be on an even footing. I hope this is the case as that will raise the week on week intensity level and stand the national team in good stead.

I'd agree with that mate if there was a week between the games but with there only being a couple of days between our last games, fatique may well be a telling fator. I hope so anyway

The question of fatigue and intensity aside, it certainly has all the makings of a top encounter between the two sides, i'm certainly looking forward to a great game between two in form teams, played in front of a large crowd of passionate fans who will create a superb atmosphere, roll on
tommorow.

I really do hope that there are some different teams in this years GF and not just the usual suspects, for the good of the game.

But since the real season dosen't start until mid August when the teams with bigger squads usually come good, I suspect it will be Saints/Leeds again

the only thing is i wish you would forget about Hull Fc. It is time to grow up and concentrate on what you are doing.

About 5 times i mentioned that Salford were beating Leeds which i thought was quite a big story only to be asked if i knew the saints vs hull score. WTF
