I don't expect him to be a world beater and I don't expect him to single-handedly win games. But I expect a bit of size and aggression in a position, where we appear to be light. Combined with a reasonably good defensive game and I think he is the right fit for us.

I think Weyman, Walker, Bailey and Green isn't a bad prop rotation, however it is unlikely all will play every game, so am interested to see whether we will sign anyone else in this position.

Think your recruitment has been spot on so far until now. Joke signing. Utterly overrated and the biggest coward in the league. It would negatively affect season pass sales if he signed for Hull. I still think overall so far, Rovers have recruited better than anyone in the league - although Carney at Cats is easily the best individual signing.

I think in the right team, Bailey can play an important role. Not a bad signing by any means IMO.

He does the 'dirty' work. He disrupts, he annoys & hassles, he puts people off their game, and he knows how to win.

Not sure how FC fans can take the moral high ground over Bailey being a thug and a coward when they have signed Leon Pryce.
Bailey on his day will do a great job for you.
He can also do the minutes on the pitch and as mentioned gets under the skin of the opposition.
On a bad day he can go missing.
McDermott at Leeds did not give him the game time and time away from Leeds might just be what he needs to kick on.

Probably a very good deal for all parties involved. I think his race was run at Leeds, and a move will freshen him up and do him the world of good. You've got yourself a very good prop, and it will certainly add some spice to our trip across on the opening day of the season!
