Why is it not possible to open the seated area NOW as a 'temporary' stand?

Surely, it can be organised to cordon off the NO GO areas (extra stewarding), rent 4 portaloos, and put a Greasy Joe near an entrance. Its not rocket science. . .is it?

I am. I have worked on my tools and now as a professional consultant and I have worked on many projects that have been partially handed over while construction continues, some of them residential apartment blocks. There is no reason why the seating areas cannot be handed over if the access to the other facilities is cordoned off correctly. The main issue would be toilet facilities, but this can be satisfied with mobile units on a temporary basis.

I think the main reason it is not being considered is that the costs may outweigh the benefits.

Bit disappointed with the "o", the thickness of the top and bottom being one seat doesn't match the rest of the letters where they are two seats thick, same with the "s", the "v" is crap too.

On first look, it looks at though not all the seats are in. Above the two exits there could be barriers waiting to be installed and therefore it's not safe to fit the seats directly behind them yet?

The lettering could have been a bit better, but with the size of the stand relatively small, I doubt they could have done any better tbh.

The E looks very good though.

It's a terrible view after a defeat. After a win it's not that bad.
