Well i was at the supporters trust meeting last week and did not see Mr larvin, although this is the name that seems to be doing the rounds,dont know who has plucked the £15 million figure out of the air? But it is a massive amount of money that will be invested and we will eventually have a 4 sided quality stadium! I like all have read about our alleged new investor and it does not read well at all,but i trust Neil and Rob would not leave the club open to ridicule but they do deserve to recoup some of the money that is due to them. Exciting times ahead hopefully!

From what I have been told the 'investor' will be a major stakeholder in the South stand project and the academy, and will underwrite Rovers squad operating at max of SC over the next five years.

It is unclear whether AWL is a sole investor or the head of a consortium. . .I suspect he is the latter, but all will be revealled very shortly. If it is true then it is fantastic news.

any investment is good news, but spending up to the cap does not gaurantee success.

the chances of developing youth to build a great side in 5 years? pretty slim, look at Leeds, one or two youth busting through a year.
