If people have a problem with members of staff I suggest they take their names and inform the club.
Personally I've not had a problem in there, the phrase "speak to people how you wish to be spoken to" seems to work for me, I've been in the queue behind some right Jezza Kyle's before and they have been treated with more respect then they deserved to be honest.
Like these mindless idiots at away games, how can we get rid of them if nobody is willing to identify them?
