Not only that but the new franchise criteria place a premium on British players so that could reduce the money available to pay Aussie/Kiwi players. |

We were offered Kimmorley when we lost Webbo. We thought due to his age (and prob cost id imagine too) Dobbo was a more sensible option. |

Not only that he is constantly quoted as playing down coming across to the UK full stop.
He was even quoted as saying he would rather live in the US and play in their 'new' pro league from next year. |

Coming from a Wigan fans pov Dobbo is the one SH in SL that i'd love us to sign to pair long term with Tomkins. The way he directs his team round the pitch is a joy to watch. He’s a proper old school SH imo.
We could very easily see Dobbo wearing and England shirt in the next few years as he is that good.
Hull KR better get him signed up on an extension soon or else at the end of next season there will be a hell of a lot of clubs looking at him. |

Thorman is not a player I would have signed however there was little available in terms of a 7 so we offered him a one year deal to fill a hole. That's not an ideal situation but we have to live wth it. He ran the show against at Odsal and won Hull the game, problem is whether he can do it consistently. |
