Whether trolling and mocking threads are better on the board of the mockers or mockees, is a difficult question. There was always going to be a never/finally won at wembley thread, because of the history and the song. Luckily from our selfish pov, this particular turd landed in the lap of the Hull mods.
They acted swiftly and wisely, IMO, and it has worked out well all round. We're snickering behind your backs, rather than rubbing your noses in it. The 'banter' is here if you're feeling masochistic, if not it is easy to escape.

The good thing about forgettable performances is that they're... well, forgettable. As you say, you had a great day at Huddersfield in the semi. We got stuffed by Saints there in 2006, but the game we remember better was beating Warrington in the quarter-finals.

Its not so much a love in, as mutual respect for the more moderate supporters on both sides. Unfortunately, we both seem to have rabid fans who wish death and destruction on their neighbours. Not me for me, I'm afraid, although I will bait them at every opportunity.
