Well that being the case apart from a club imploding next time around 9 clubs can pretty much put their feet up and leave the other 5 to possibly slaughter each other.
Then take into account that Salford and possibly Cas and Wakey will be in new grounds and so could end up with 'B' plus I can't see Widnes hanging around the 'C club' for very long.
That will mean the RFL are going to have some very awkward decisions to make seeing as that will leave Quins all alone in the firing zone.

Basically. Depends if the rfl decide to keep to it or not. You can only move up or down 1 grade at a time.
But the idea is that hopefully, Fax and other clubs continue to improve so we can have 20-24 licensed clubs with a two tier system and bring back P&R.
