To the minority of Rovers fans who are getting (perhaps understandably) rather giddy over the prospect of becoming the best team in SL overnight, I'd suggest they look at the link between success on the pitch and a rich backer over the history of SL. The two do not necessarily go together, although clearly it's way better to have a pile of cash than not.
