It's also a girl group, boy group, lollipop, city, sealing compound and nickname of a Moai head in a museum, The latter being the main inspiration for my username. Foxy & Fisher are also collectively referred to by team mates as dumb dumbs.
The pre-judgement it brings when people read my posts is nice too.

I know you're not dumb, and I haven't played that game before. I was looking in the dictionary for the spelling of convalescence (I [iam[/i a bit dumb), and it fell open at the "d"s. I was amazed to spot "dum-dum" with the definition "a soft headed bullet".
None of the other things were mentioned, though. Are they "brands"?
I do, of course, know of the stone heads. On reflection, I think we'll abolish the bullet idea. Head is good. I preferred the previous image you had, though.

The city isn't a brand and infact it seems that the bullet was named after the city it was made in.

I think he looks like he's just had a heartfelt sigh.
I don't know why you think I'm a teacher. If I was I'd be teaching now on a Thursday afternoon, not typing drivel on here. I met some teachers, this week, though, at my daughter's school open evening. They were very complimentary about her, but looked nothing like me.

Oh, that. It's done, Now have a garden full of mixed shrubbery, some cut down into solid fuel fire sized portions and some not. I've invested in an axe with the intent on turning my chainsawed logs into kinderling, did a little bit and got bored. Anyone want some logs of varying lengths and diameters?
I've still not put anything in my shed, we're away this weekend and I wanted to put some racking up in it before filling it with junk which was the problem with the old shed and also my garage.

I'd decided you were a teacher when you posted a comment about a chemistry teacher telling you something about art/music and then followed it up with some rather mystical comments regarding the English language, those rants were very well executed and had the smell of a 'rehed' English lesson that had been played out in the classroom many times. You any good at crosswords? Sometimes there are little words I've never heard of implemented into them, as such I've hardly ever completed one.

It was all rather tongue in cheek, I was doing a behavioural degree at the time so I thought I would kind of experiment with perceptions ect...I have to admit when I first started posting is was great fun, although most have sussed out I am just barmy now!
My hair now has shades of red, I decided to go dark but it has now faded slightly to a lovely chestnut colour, brought lots of compliments...I nearly posted red all the way then ...clearly spending too much time fraternising with the enemy

Impressive that, hopeless at DIY me.
Managed to bang a holder for a rotary dryer into the lawn (well, grass) t'other week. Put the dryer in and it was on a massive lean. Pushed the dryer to one side to straighten it up, dryer bent. Banged the dryer back straight and tried to bang the holder straight. Attempted to put the dryer back in the holder, I'd bent the edge so it wouldn't go in.
Threw the dryer over the back fence and told Ms. pmh it had been stolen.

It certainly does we just have threads where every-one mostly argues! however we do not have a chat thread which I think has been a great success, I know the sin-bin has a chat thread but Hull is unique in the sense we have 2 sets of fans from the same city and the chat thread on here provides a place to chat about common interests without touching on the rugby.....
It will be very interesting having Widnes in...they used to be such a big dominating club in the 80's.

I did the same thing t'other week, too! Slightly different method of digging a hole and back filling with post fix, mine's on a slight lean, not enough to warrant digging it out and trying again, though. They aren't the best, are they. Give you a plastic pipe to bury and if you use anything to 'bang' them in, the dryer will no longer slot in.

| My bank gave me this little indestructible credit card-sized fob with a number pad on it, when I log onto t'internet banking I am to turn this fob on and enter a PIN to generate a 6digit security code which will then allow me access to my banking. Got the fob out of the knife drawer and it is failing to turn on, great. Phoned bank, new one in 5days.
I much preferred it the way it was.
