Ultimate respect to Bridlington fishermen (people) after their industry was decimated in the seventies and eighties by over fishing round white fish, this is fabulous. Never had a better crab than from Flamborough, now we've got superb lobster. Yorkshire truly is (although I don't believe, no offence religious types, and for the lower case "g" coming up) god's county.

I like Wensleydale and very mature cheddar. I'm also going to add Boursin and that horrible Austrian smoked stuff, and Babybel, just to annoy you. I'd have put Cheese Strings and cheese in a can but that would just be silly.
