But looking back Neither Hull FC, Hull Kingston Rovers or Hull City will find any sympathy for the guy.

To me that reads as it sounds , youve implied (in my opinion) thats he's now suffering with his health due to him trying to shaft our sporting clubs.

Rubbish. The Mason story alone proves that all the above is true. As a scientist, I'd have thought you'd draw that conclusion from the results.
