Am I the only who is worried regarding all our youngsters being released and not given opportunities, and also serious questions about our coach who doesn't seem to have the gumption to leave any senior players out who have been massively underperforming for weeks! Wrong man for me.

How is he? We're seen loads of stats showing he's actually just as bad as Sandercock. I was very happy to see the back of sandy, seemed to be a big grey cloud over the club during his time here. Whinging moaning git, but the results on the pitch are no different?

Results wise he's no better than Sandercock, performance / entertainment wise its a different league.. I actually got close to not going with CS in charge, I felt I was being robbed of the pass money (and 80 mins of my life). Add to that the droning interviews and excuse after excuse it became tiring. Chester may not be the man but he's had to recruit a full team get them playing together and to be fair he's done ok considering. CS was doing no better after 3 years, give chester another year and lets see.

Chester was always given this year to mould the team, if it was good or bad season. Pressure will be on him next year tho. Another year like this and id imagine Peacock could be a head coach a lot sooner than later.

Since 2008ish we've produced Matty Smith, Kyle Eastmond, Lee Gaskell, Jamie Ellis and Jonny Lomax in the halves. Two have played for England in the halves, two have been picked for England Knights. Despite the fact we've managed to lose most of them, we aren't doing that badly.

So why haven't you kept a couple ? , Ellis was happy to come to Leigh to finally play against ' men ' , his words not mine

I agreed with Clarke (can't believe I just typed that!). The day we signed Chisholm for a max of 10/11 games, we let Connor Robinson leave the club having never even given him a chance. Tonight we had nothing to lose and where was Matty Marsh? The club is so reluctant to trust its own youth, preferring to gamble on someone with a handful of 1st grade games on the other side of the world.

Chisholm may turn out well for us, that's not the point though. The club should be ashamed after 9 years in Super League that our successful home grown players can be counted on the fingers of one (West Hull) hand.

Is Poching actually being paid. If he's a defence coach than there's hope for me yet.

I think it will be, I have to say though I'm pretty disgusted by the fact that we have players like Marsh, Gudzeck etc and yet we don't seem to want to give them a chance.
Tonight would have been a perfect opportunity to blood them in my opinion.
I've been as supporter of this club for about 47 years now but I'm fast becoming disillusioned with the whole set up to be quite honest.

Well we have kept Lomax, he's just more effective at fullback (if ever on the pitch) and Eastmond would of been kept had he not decided more money for less work was a good idea. Smith would have stayed if Eastmond hadnt burst onto the scene, Gaskell was given ample opportunity but hacked off successive coaches and Ellis ... Well I can't explain without going into libellous territory (let's say he was given least chance but for good reason).

It's an ongoing problem, Charnock was a 6 in the academy yet seems to have broken through at hooker. There's high hopes for our next contingent though (Richardson and Fairclough) so hopefully, we'll be able to finally crack the mold...
