Wire will inevitably have some kind of response next week but if Rovers can show their excellent defence and be patient, Wire will probably crumble when the going gets tough and their weak resolve will go again.

As a Wire fan what's your take on where things are going wrong? When I look at your players I just think you have a hell of a team there.

Split dressing room is the most popular rumour, and by the looks of it there is defianately some truth in this rumour. The body language of the players is dreadful, they just don't seem to care. If I was Tony Smith I would drop the whole first team and play the under 21's. Seems drastic but it's the only way to send a message out to the first teamers who think they are bigger than the club. I can't see Smith taking any nonsense from the players so I won't be surprised if there are changes in the playing staff between now and the end of the season.

As bad as Warrington were on Saturday, Quins played very very well and almost everything they tried worked. Warringtons problem from what I saw is there defence (or lack of it). Morley and Rauhihi were owned by LMS.......and the backs missed more tackles than they made.
As for their attack...their two tries were gifts from our mistakes and I really can't remember any period of sustained pressure from them.
Tony Smith is no fool and if their is a split in the squad or if their are one or two who are not helping the squad gel, then he will get rid of them sharpish. I can't see anything other than a HKR win this week.

I agree, our 'defence' was shambolic. Was it Luke Gale, who walked under the sticks from about 3 yards? That really summed up how bad we are at the minute.

dont bother watching Warrington anymore and saturdays result was a reminder to me as to why I dont go.The club is plagued with laziness from the players to the souvenir shop.

Plenty of stories in the pubs last night,of players not wanting to play in the same team as 2 certain players.2 players fighting during training,the inevitable drinking culture,players homesick and wanting to go home,briers and Smith alledgdly not getting on,the list is endless.and throw in Warrington's knack of playing players in the wrong positions, 2 younger,exciting prospects being made scapegoats for the rest,buying players with dodgy health records and giving out long term contracts to certain players who would'nt be good enough for Widnes.

Nothing will change for a longtime down here because the board is weak and useless.The 1 redeeming thing about this weeks game,is that KR are down here,thus putting the crowd over 7000.To win this game,wire will have to score 30+ and I just cant see that happening.both Dobson at hbhfand Cooke's kicking game will tear us apart.

I've seen similar situations before and in my opinion it makes Warrington a very dangerous proposition. I think you'll see a large winning margin, but I wouldn't like to say who to.

Be a late rush for the Warrington tickets this week.....either that or joining the queues for the derby tickets.

Our biggest problem (Warrington) is when we play well we still struggle to be able to break through defences. Sometimes we seem to lack ideas and creativeness.
We also suffer from not knowing which team will turn up - world beaters one week (not for a long time now) or a team who hasnt played together.
Our defense suffers - we have built a first 17 but have no depth. If anyone gets injured then we struggle because our kids arent good enough and we dont have sufficient journeymen players who can hold the fort and give commitment

One day it will change and we all keep hoping. Come down on Sunday and lets enjoy some banter. Its still a great day and a great game and we do appreciate good play
