All of those players were either brought to the club by JM or were given extensions by JM.
Infact apart from one player all the players in the squad are his players.

Who's job is it to instill confidence in his players?
Who's job is it to make sure a player sticks to his ideal weight?
Who's job is it to put defensive patterns in place that actually work?
Who's idea was it to not have a plan B when his plan A (High percentage, Low risk, Poor defence) either doesn't work or becomes outdated or gets figured out?

I'm fed up with hearing Justin should go, one bad season does not make him a bad coach, he can only work with what he has got and if you ask anyone of the Rovers players they will not want to lose they will still be trying hard to get the result us fans want.

I don't think that he should be sacked if we don't make the playoffs this year but if the team doesn't show any signs of going forward next year then the board should start considering getting a replacement.

What happens if hkr can't attract the players to go forward?

eh? have you read my post??? what i said was the players are at fault not justin, I haven't stated sack him if the same thing happens next season then yes he should go. But every coach no matter how good they are has a bad season. what annoys is that everyone is quick to say get rid of the coach, not the players. Justin should start to look at changing squad and freshen things up and tactics, teams can read us easy and we are very predictable.

I am actually beginning to think the players don't want to play for Morgan I might be wrong and probably are wrong but that's feeling I get, why else we continue to play poor week In week out. I just hope they get it sorted for next season, what's happened to our back up play, our defence our fitness in fact what's happened to our team full stop.

All we've known is slow, but continued 'progress' on and off the pitch and when the chips are down, it's obvious everyone's going to become more irrate. I'm not saying Morgan's becoming a victim of his own success but there's some massive factors this year which have to be taken into consideration which explains this downfall.

On the other hand, what about the 'fans' that have clearly shown over the years that beating Hull FC, and twice at that, is more than acceptable as a target and it doesn't matter where Rovers finish?! Are they still calling for Morgan's head?

To be fair, it's his first poor season at Rovers. Realistically, who are you going to get in that is a better coach?.
Rovers have been quite fortunate in that your main ball players have been injury free over the last two years.
Losing Dobson for 8 weeks was a turning point in your season I think. I'm surprised at the level of criticism Morgan's getting to be honest.
