Got plenty of stick before the game in my rovers top.
Not a word after the game.
I stayed back to clap the Hull team.

There was a shot on the beeb of two blokes in Rovers shirts.
Biggest smiles in the stadium.

I was finding it difficult to stay composed.
Slipped up a couple of time and had a few FC fans blowing steam around me.
Serves me right for sitting on the FC end

Luckily , ive got a long weekend , or i fear i would struggle to get up for work.
Its gonna be a messy one , these next two days and nights.

Wembley is the worst place in the world to be when you lose, and to lose it in such a way - to freeze on the big stage - makes it even harder to take.

They have changed their name from hull fc to hull 0 we never win at Wembley

It's not funny, the poor fella that was going to be driving the open top bus on Tuesday has posted on the FC board (one word thread ) poor blokes gutted!

And even harder to take when you consider how stupid they now look after how much they've been mouthing off since they beat Wire.

The FC propaganda machine built them up so much, whipping them into a deluded frenzy and they took it hook line and sinker like they always do.

The main difference was that Wigan had a scrum-half who showed some great kicking options with good execution.

As for Miller and Holdsworth, they showed that when it comes to the crunch they lack quality and are limited in their skill sets.

Gentle has no class at all.

His attacking structures are so non-existent that they are dependent on getting tries from broken play and simply lack the quality to open defences by their own accord.

This inevitably puts so much pressure on other facets of their game that they get found out a hell of a lot and when this happens Gentle blames his players - no class at all as coach or a sportsman.

I must admit, even though I'm a Rovers fan, I felt sorry for Ben Crooks yesterday. The hug with his dad at the end said it all.

He looked petrified even when catching kicks in the warm up.

Yeah,not nice for any young players to go through that.
Anyway,back on topic,i see that Adam Pearson and Peter Gentle are appearing on the BBC tv show Pointless tomorrow night.

I wonder if the players misunderstood what Pearson meant when he said he did not want them to come back as [inearly[/i men.

24 hours and no dullers on here. Is this a record?!!!
Then again there would be NO POINT them being on here.

I too felt sorry for the lad! Just imagine what he'd be like against the Aussies if some people who said he should play for England had it their way!
