I dont blame you for not wanting him given he has done nothing since he signed for us. His best position is without a doubt fullback but he can do a job at 9. He fancies himself as a halfback so I'm sure he'd love a crack at playing 7 for you. Not seen enough of Burns to judge but to play with Hohaia he would need to be able to organise and kick. |

I was talking to Craig Hall's sponsor, who also sponsor Rovers (I think its their logo on the socks), who said they are sponsoring him again next season.
Great news, and TBH if I were CS I would go with Hall/Burns as Rovers half back pairing next season.

To be honest the thought of Craig Hall in the halves scares me. IMO Its ok for the odd game but all season... please NO
A recognised scrum half / half back is what we need not making do week in week out |

Amor would be an emminently sensible signing - unfortunately, Parker's record is mixed.
Given the negative reaction of some of the typically more itk Hull posters to a rumour they'd signed Sam Barlow from Fax, I'm guessing he might be coming to us. We've been linked with him before - possibly even earlier on this thread. Championship team of the year prop 2012, along with Walmsley. Viewed as talented but tempramental and inconsistent from what I've seen Halifax fans say about him.

I never thought for min we would get Tim Smith, I just thought he would be an ideal replacement.
Since Neil has been in charge he has always made sure on quality half backs at the club, I trust he won't let us down. |
