The last I heard our break even figure was 9,500 and last year we averaged approx. 11,000. That's why we are currently operating at a profit as the accounts will show.

I can tell you that is rubbish. As your B/E figure was announced last year by Plummer as 10,500 for the season admitedly with your average attendance closer to 10,500 then 11,000 you made a slight profit but this year also sees increased spending on the cap.

You're talking cr4p. Last year, Hull made a large profit. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't more than the cumulative total of all of rovers profits since they were formed. Your figure of 12500 for break even is made up

i agree that your break even gate sounds more like the correct one.

though we have been at full cap for a few seasons now, so the spending hasnt increased.

also Merchendise sales and Corporate numbers have rocketed in the last year or so (such as we sold 10,000 shirts last season) so im confident income will have increased (aside from ticket revenue) when the accounts for 2005 get released.

This is what is so typical about rovers fans everything they spout usually has a glint edge of irony about it, you would think they would check there history and all the facts before the go off on one.

there are some decent Rovers fans on here, but sadly a few just make their club look like a laughing stock, with their ridiculously arrogant mentality, the way some post youd think Rovers had one the SL, CC and WCC every season in history
