I remember around this time, being stood in the well at the old Craven Park, watching some opposition fans walking past us, and thinking what must it be like to turn up at a game and not know if your team would win or lose, such was our dominance at the time.
Strangely enough I have a similar feeling when I turn up at the Lightsream Stadium now, only not in the same way.

The player stood right next to Roger is Chris Rudd.
Chris played Hooker for Rovers and was a pretty good player with a promising future until a road accident left him seriously injured.
Although he did play again, he was never quite the same player as before imo.
Ian Robinson (fullback/centre) is the one next to Chris Rudd I believe.
