We have been told numerous times that he's on his way back to Australia.

Some people around here have less credibility by the minute.

I'm sure this is true.

It's all part of our Aussie Rota, as we can't have them all turning out together. When Newton comes back, Galea will have a mysterious infection, and when he recovers Rolf Harris will be forced onto the treatment table to have his stylophone fixed.

I'm a bit disapointed that Scott Taylor hasn't been brought back in. I hope he doesn't put Netherton into the 2nd row, as he went much better at prop last weekend.

So if Webster does miss out the squad will presumably be

Would have thought we'd have seen Taylor in the 19 ahead of Latus, Unless Colbon is still a doubt and It's a swap for Latus. The bench seems to be lacking some size thhough and I'd rather continue with Netherton at Prop and keep him away from the 13 shirt.

) is the same as last week with netherton slipping in to the second row in place of newton and clinton taking nethers place in the front row, with galea continuing at loose man



agree that nethers was much more effective in the front row last time but would much rather see him playing second row than loose man

again rather dissapointed to not see scotty taylors name but hell get his chance again soon no doubt

charlies going to have to calm down a little as surly hes in danger of losing his place some time soon, too many penalties, dropped balls and failed attempted wonder passes at the moment

id sooner have gone with Taylor as a straight swap for Newton, gotta give him a good run out sooner or later.

Colbon will be on the bench, Hall will keep his wing place, webbo will play.

We need Clinton back and need him on his game Tom night, the effect he had last season with Vella was great, I think once we have Dobbo and Newton back and Vella if he is good condition and stay injury free we will have a great team.

Me too, surprised Scott was left out for Crusaders, there again someone had to make way for Oor Willie I suppose! I doubt Webster will play, think he will keep him out until Huddersfield and move Craig Hall back to centre.

Clinton ready to rip it up tonight will be great to see him back.

I'd be happy for him to just take it up with 75% of the conviction of last year.

Another strange on this, although I didn't go to any of the pre season games, he seemed to be going quite well, along with Fox (who although unspectacular last week, was at least solid) and then as soon as the season started, went completely off the boil?

as ive just said on another thread, with Newton missing well have to sub players more, meaning players like Clinton will have to do more minutes aswell as Mason and Lovegrove (both lacking match fitness) so we really need Big Joel to step up tonight.

Not forgetting big Willie, big Jase, big Rhys and two big Bens!
