Celtic fans are still getting over the fact they have seen their side play HKR this season, it nearly sent them bankrupt by shipping the hordes of Welsh fans into the Stadium to see Rovers play

You are a hard man to please. I can only start to imagine your disappointment if you got five numbers on the lottery. Especially if the first two were 5 and 10.

We have won nothing, I am just one of the few who find it a little embarrassing and contradictory spending hours laughing at beating Hull FC and claiming to be the best side in Hull when we have not won a trophy for years and are far from 'Super League' off the pitch.

I would rather not risk looking like an idiot if and when Rovers get beat in the play offs and win nothing again.

Yes it is nice to win the game, especially when we didn't deserve too but just have a read of what other fans think of KR supporters and then sit back and look why........

Trophies don't come along very often, you've got to take your pleasures where you can find them in between. You shouldn't be so easily embarrassed IMO - RL shouldn't be such a serious business, for fans.
There is nothing unique to Rovers about 'finding' something to celebrate. Hull fans are always going on about [ireaching[/i finals, in which they have a proud record - as they don't often win them. Cas have never won the league, so I'm sure they focus on their Challenge Cup triumphs all the more. Supporting most clubs would be just too grim, for most folks, without 'fan auto-enhance'.

I agree but getting to a major final or winning the CC is hardly comparable to winning a league fixture, regardless of who it is against.

Just have a look around and see what other fans say about Rovers supporters, it says it all really.

I cant help but think a lot of people are putting themselves on a nice shelf to be shot at in a few weeks time when Rovers win nothing, which they wont because if you take your red and white glasses off they are playing some awful RL at times.

Each to their own I guess.

The only embarrassing thing about our fan base is the constant talk of the travelling millions, this is rightly ridiculed and could do to be curtailed, although I suppose it's become a bit of a catch phrase now...

The intercity gloating is fine and I imagine it would be just as bad coming the other way as well, maybe one day we'll find out, until then enjoy the small victories.. I personally think if we can finish top 4 and win a play off game it will be a season where we've achieved more than we ever expected and should be celebrated.

I have a theory for why so many Rovers supporters think we take hundreds of thousands to games.......look at the pics again and the amount of 'normal size man' room these guys are taking up, 500 of them would fill the North Stand at the KC!!!

If you just mean cabman-esque over enthusiasm and claiming to take millions on every away trip (as opposed to idiots causing trouble at games), I don't mind that. Saints are disliked for being arrogant, because their team is good, Wigan were the same back when they were winning everything, I'm sure. Perhaps one day we will be [ireally[/i unpopular.

We know we probably won't win at OT (though if we clung onto 4th, Leeds are looking ordinary by their own standards, Saints squad is being tested by injury and they don't get a rest for the CC semis, and it'll be uncharted territory for Hudds as much as us). All the more reason to enjoy today, if tomorrow might be crap.

Have you learnt nothing on here? Injuries don't have any impact on performances or results. Because Rovers don't have any.

I reckon we've had 7 or 8 because Radford could count our injuries on the fingers of one hand.

as Hulls attendances have not gone down in the same proportion ours have gone up I would expect the answer to be "not many"
