| Quote The RFL have today announced that the possibility of a new "Elite" League is being looked into.
The idea of the Elite league is one borrowed from the time when Aborigines after they first began playing Rugby League in Australia. Such was the build of these new athletes that no country man of non-aboriginal origins could cope with the speed or power of them. So, in order to give the rest of the competition time to catch up, a brief and little known league was set up for the four teams of Aboriginees. The only player to remain out of this league was the infamous Dally Messenger (who the 'Dally M' medal is named after) who qualified on ancestral grounds.
Nigel Woods said "It is believed that the dominance of Hull KR is such that they are a danger to Super League, it is estimated that their average away following of 50,000 and often more is such causing such stress on stadiums through sheer mass that the each club is speding around £10,000 on reinforcement, added into the cost of extra stewards we believe that the clubs are spending £50,000 more than any other game"
Nigel also added
"I believe that Hull KR are playing such rugby that they are threatening would spoil the competition completly, they are walking over every team with ease and it is simply not a competition anymore. This was highlighted when they travelled to London, the result was such a forgone conclusion that only 3 home fans where registered as entering the stadium"
"So, we the RFL have come up with a firm 7 stage plan to fix this situation. We are creating the "East-of-hull" League, it will be funded by the revenue from the sale of the 1.2 Million season tickets Hull KR have sold this season"
"We the RFL have captured the contracts of the following players, seen as the only team able to compete with KR at this moment in time"

"We expect this team to last for approximatly 6 weeks before they are physically incapable of performing agianst the high flying Robins. We have also brought in top hearing specialist Joe King to maintain the players hearing, as the vocal support of Robins is so extreme it can be picked up on Richtor Scales world wide"

Neither do we, when we beat Hull FC in the play-offs at their place in 2007 we didnt have a drum and it was one the best away atmospheres in recent years.

Saints are about to go through that same phase, all teams do it, but we made it worse by selling off all our good youth (Robinson, Wild, Briscoe (your welcome )
In all honesty, we have lost alot agianst Saints, but who hasn't?
