Has anyone had the great pleasure of the staff at the shop on holderness road ? they must be the most rude unpolite staff i have ever encounted !! just wana find out if its just a one of or if plp had any thoughts ?

I must admit I have heard similar feed back but not encountered it myself.

'Sandra The Terrorist' who posts on here works there on Thursdays and Saturdays.

It could be worth sending her a pm on here to get accross your complaints? I think shes quite rude too.

Firstly last time I checked 'Sandra The Terrorist' is a he not a she.
Secondly even if it was someone who worked in the shop have they given you their permission to be giving their identity out willy-nilly?

She is horrible and terribly sarcastic. I reckon she spends more time out the back having a crafty cig than actually doing "shop" stuff.

God she is rude, she does Asda (Kingswood) on a Mon & Tuesday, word of advice avoid her till she is a right stroppy cow

I think you are right, she is always on here so god knows how she does any work....TBH last time I encountered her she had BO mixed with the smell of fags..

Sound advice that. I also heard that she eats babies, votes tory and fly tips industrial waste in East Park.

To be honest the wife and i have sometimes come out of there thinking that one or two of the staff could do with a personality transplant, i've also heard a few complaints about their attitude from other fans and friends on occasions.
Maybe they are all Hull fans working undercover.

i hate going in the holderness road shop and send a m8 for my away tickets for me, the staff in there are miserable,never seen them smile and once or twice never had a thankyou,think kr need to have a word,if they are having a bad time at home or on menstral cycle or on minimum wage dont think they should take problems to work,,on our coach for away games most fans think the same

ps the older bird usualy found at back of shop looking after the clothes rails seems fine pity shes not selling the tickets on the till

Not just a one off, i rang them them last thursday about when derby tickets were going on sale as i heard they were going onsale saturday; they didnt know and said they would ring craven park and took my number to ring me back - surprisingly im still awaiting said call
