If true that's great news. I've never deviated from saying that Sandercock is the man for Rovers. Shown glimpses of what we can do over the last two seasons. We now appear to be getting bodies back on a consistent basis and it's showing within our performances.

Excellent news, had a few doubts earlier in the season but obviously the team are behind him and performances of late which are optimistic for the rest of the season. Cant beat continuity...nice one sandy

He's had a bumpy ride, but I was pleased that the club offered him a deal and so obviously glad if he's accepted it. Been quite a week for him.
Fine margins sometimes, but everything seems better when results are.

Is that nailed on? The rumours was that they wanted him to take a 40% pay cut and I cant see him accepting that (unless they changed the deal obviously )

I was a supporter and I'm a big believer in not just chopping and changing coaches. But then my patience ran out after the Wigan debacle.

To give him his dues, the defence does seem to be working better and he spoke in his interview last night about working with individual players to improve them. Two weeks in a row Eden has made good last line of defence tackles (he may have made two last night) and he's got Cox back on song.

Fair play, he takes the knocks so he should also take the plaudits. I'm more than happy to hold up my hands and say I should have given him more benefit of the doubt if we continue on our current trajectory.

Yet we have unofficial reports that it was announced in the sheds that he had and the players gave a warm round of applause.
