id sooner see Walker given a bit of time in the reserves TBH, that would be my starting 13 though.

Slightly O/T but was thinking today about how versatile our bench is when at full strength.

Cockayne - Full back, Winger, Centre, Hooker
Walker - Back row, Centre
Lovegrove - Prop, back row, centre, wing (at a pinch these days)
Aizue - Prop

Im not sure this much versatilty can be matched by other squads and is a very useful tool to have. I also think its testament to JMs player development when you look at people such as Cockayne and Lovegrove.

add that list to players like Galea, back row and also stand off, Newton back row and prop

i thought chev in the games he did play this season he did play well and made yards. have to think chev and welham kept webster out of the team. I think he will do well for the team in 2nd half of the season as he will be playing for a place in a team who have big ambitions at the mo

Chevs a very good player, watch him for the full 80 mins and note his overall contribution, he will be a great addition when fit.

This fixture has always been down for a Friday night, as it clashes with the last day of the Premiership and City v Man Utd. Policing dictates we don't get to play on Sunday.

See what you mean, but no, I don't think so, He's not as quick as he was and has bulked up, so or SR from now on I think.

Thing is with Chev is that he'll have an almost complete performance apart for maybe one time in a game when he can get caught flat-footed by a smaller, more nimble player and it's those occasions that a lot of fans remember. People have to remember that it's a consequence of being 6ft 4in and almost 17st
