I don't know what all the fuss is about,
1, The council didn't bring in a company, it has a legally binding contract with NPS to deliver design and build projects not only that if they hadn't don it it would have had to be tendered out which is a very expensive process.
2, There aren't two toilets, there are 4 blocks of toilets on the concourse and others spread around the stand upstairs.
3, The colour was an error as previously explained.
4.HKR only missed 3 project board meetings and our relationship is very good.
5, Neil may well have not seen the plans as Paul Green was overseeing it on his behalf.
6, It doesn't matter now, it's completed and a lot better than what was there before.
I will answer questions on the build but not on the financing, that was done to death with someone else.
Neil criticised the toilets early in the build and has since been proved correct in his assessment. The ladies I've spoken too who visited the North stand loved it and they stated that the toilets where fantastic, More then enough and they suffered no queues. The mens couldn't have been more different. Some fans started queuing at half time and where still queuing at the start of the 2nd half. Can this be looked at as it's a serious design fault. You have single urinals been utilised when surely one big stainless steel urinal spanning the length of the toilets is surely the way to go to eliminate some seriously large queues.
