You do know some websites will tell you where an IP address is coming from (KC, BT etc) so if I see 1 Karoo account and another who I believe to be the same on a Vodaphone IP I would imagine it may well be a semi confirmation.
Karoo is a tricky one though as they don't give each customer a static IP address they will give them the first available 1 on every log in.
