Did you find out how many we sold last year?

It makes no sense whatsoever to me.
I renewed over the phone during the first week, gave last years bar code number & was told 2013 points would be put onto my card. Few days later got the reciept in the post, underneath the £207.00 Total it says,

COLLECT POINTS BY USING TEAMCARD
THE NUMBER OF POINTS NOT ALLOCATED FOR THIS TRANSACTION WAS: 1035 POINTS.

Does his mean that I can still claim these points, or because I've already been given the extra ones these don't count?

My missus has been back into the shop today to sort my team card points out (finally) when you buy your new pass before the 1st deadline you got 2013 teamcard points, if you forgot to take your old pass in the staff make a note on your receipt and when you take your old pass and receipt in they'll add the points on, IF you don't have last years pass for some reason they can make a note on your receipt to add them to next season's pass instead. I hope this is helpfull to anyone who wasn't sure how this worked.
P.s my missus actually lost (threw away) the receipt, but the staff still got it sorted out anyway.

Good stuff, I often give the shop a hard time so it's great to hear of excellent customer service from them.
