All in all i think 2 matches is about right. There was clearly no intent and whilst the challenge may have been reckless i would say 99 times out of 100 there would be little or no injury to the opponant. Had Liam not got such a serious injury i doubt there would be such a fuss being made.
That said i hope Liam makes a full and speedy recovery. He is a very importatnt part of Rovers make up and will be missed immensely.
