Yes that is the same as on mine. In that case im sorry i don't really know anything else. As there are a number of people with this problem, i can only think that the game has a bug and conflicts with some cards. It may be worth emailing the developer.

Who seriously expects to win games when playing as wakey or cas?!!? The game has to be realistic for god sake!!!

So realistic that with Cas in my first season I finished 2nd and made the Grand Final losing to Leeds 19-18 in the process.

I have got to he end of my first season and the games crashes on october 10th. I see the problem is yet to be resolved.

Other issues:

1. At some points the hooker will start running 50 yards backwards with the ball.
2. Any player who goes on a long run, or chases somebody, sees their enery levels eroded quickly often to zero, which outs them out of the rest of the game.
3. A person who is driven back in attack by strong defence has a lot of energy eroded.
4. Players do not recouperate when on the bench at all.

Hopefully these will be addressed in the patch.

I played it through again, and the same thing happened after 2 seasons. I love this game, but I can't play it again unless the patch fixes this, as it's too bloody frustrating to see my Wayne Bennet-esque ten year reign of success nipped in the bud so cruelly.

mine shows some of my players to be 99 fitness in the 18 man squad, and then they are 40 fitness as the teams run out - must be some hardcore warm up! is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Competed first season and am two games into 2009 having lost both.

However, 2008 saw the Challenge Cup being brought back to Warrington at the expense of Leeds at Wembley but despite finishing top of the league, losses to Saints and then Leeds in the play offs ended the season prematurely.

Having said that, I'm reshaping the squad getting rid of deadwood and spent most of the first season trying to fit under the salary cap as well as trying to develop my own breed of youngsters.

I stopped playin it cos my players fittness was never good..to the end of the season half my squad were on 30% fitness, whether i trained them on fitness and recovery or not, whether i played them or not, whether i trained them on anything or not!!!

Works on mine, i'll look for the installer later though and upload it again.

Patch is out tomorrow. (1st feb) Should fix a lot of the problems.

Hope it comes out at midnight, nothing to do should be a lot better.
