Last w/e the 1ST Team won 54-22,Gaz Carey scored 6 tries and did not win the mom !! This went to 17 year old centre Jordan King who had another excellent game. No game this w/e due to G/Final

Sat 13th Oct the 1st Team are at HOME v Lindley Swifts in the Yorkshire Cup.

Last w/e the 14S lost 26-20 V Upton

After last w/e disappointing defeat 36-20 in the Yorks Cup the 1ST TEAM will be hoping to make amends at HOME V Dodworth on Saturday the 20th,

On Sunday the 21st the U14S are at HOME V Moldgreen

I didnt realise till i arrived last Sunday That the U7S were playing their 2nd competive game and duly won. Really enjoyable to watch and good fun for the kids,they train on Thursdays at 6pm so get down and join in.

Well done to the 1st team at emley moor,who travelled with just 13 players due to injuries/work,losing 40-28 but a great effort especially 2nd half playing uphill
and outscoring the opposition

Devastated the U7S game tomorrow is off !! However the U14s are playing Skirlaugh Bulls k/o 11am

Today the U10S Won,U13s Game off. The 1st Team lost 20-16 v the league leaders in a game that could have gone either way

The Junior teams have finished now,maybe the odd friendly

The 1st Team are at HOME on SATURDAY THE 10TH v Lindley Swifts k/o 2pm

Lost 16-10 to Lindley in a game that could have gone either way,a loss of discipline and some poor decision making in the final quarter proving decisive.

The 1st Team are away for the next 3 weeks

A welcome away win at Brotherton 14-6 last Saturday,not a good game to be fair, the h/lights probably a hat trick by Gaz Carey and Matt Brandham having to play centre for most of the 2nd half.
There is no game this w/e but we are at Wyke the week after ,which i will miss as i am sampling the delights of Berlin

Not a happy day last Saturday for the 1st Team losing away 32-6 at Boothtown(Hx) and Karl Taylor going off after 2 minutes with a suspected broken ankle.

This w/e we are away Stainland Stags in the cup,another tough game

A belated comment on last w/e game at Stainland,although losing 28-4 this did not tell the whole story. The team travelled with 14 players due to injuries/work, lost Gavin Millward with a mouth injury just after h/t and saw out the last 10 mins with 12 as Tom Holt went off with a shoulder injury.
Well done to all the players,obviously no Home game because of the weather lets hope it improves for next week

Tomorrows Home game is off,typical 1st 2 home games since november off due 2 bad weather

Tomorrow 2nd Feb the 1st Team are away at Dodworth k/o 2-30

A much improved performance but lost 18-16 against a very physical side and not a very pleasant place to play at.

This Sat we are at HOME v Emley Moor and i will miss it due to being in Cumbria
(not Barrow)

After beating Wyke 24-10 T/B will be seeking 3 consecutive wins in their match away at Clayton(BFD) tomorrow the 23rd Feb

Todays game at Clayton is off due to a frozen pitch,our game next w/e is away at Troydale(Lds)

The Yorkshire Junior League stats this w/e,we have one game at HOME on Sundaythe 3rd. The U7S v Townville Tigers great fun be there !!

A thrilling last Home game of the season beating Brotherton 25-24.After a poor 1st half knockonathon by both teams losing 16-10 at the break t/b knocked on only once in the 2nd half. Gaz Carey scored one of the best tries you will see at any level beating goodness knows how may players on the touchline for a fabulous try.
Going into the final 10 mins a penalty to Brotherton and a T/B player sinbinned made it 24 all. T/B worked there way down field and a d/g by Shane Southgate secured the points.A victory at a cost as more injuries to the squad and an away game at leaders Illingworth on saturday
The U15S had a w/o in the cup
