Great stuff from the lads over the season apart from a couple of hiccups.

But be warned , the job is only half done. Skolars wont roll over. They will put up a fight and we have to be ready. Massive game considering how much money is at stake. Lets go down in numbers and make plenty of noise to get behind the lads.

I also was pretty sure we won every home game in the league, but the way Donny was going on I wondered did we draw one perhaps.
I remember HKR coming down and their fans were berating their own fullback for being sh/te as we waltzed around and past him.
I remember saying, ''it's not you that's sh/te it's us that are so very good at home and we could put 50 by most teams''.
We put 50 by them that day.
We only lost to Oldham in the play-off game, a game that if I recall correctly we turned down/ didn't even think off taking a penalty from the half way line in very kick-able conditions to level the match with seconds to go as Oldham put the ball out on the full from a restart.
I am pretty sure we would have gone on to win that one too if we had.

He gave 100% and at times released some nice passes.

I think if they had more skill in the 6 and 7 they would be a very capable team.

13 (Jono Smith), I'm informed has been one of the stand-out players at Warrington Wizards over the past 2 or 3 seasons. It's obviously a step-up playing at C1 level but if players don't try to progress they stagnate.

I thought our former half-back Jamie Durbin was pretty anonymous for Crusaders.

Well done on topping the league. The best team definitely won the day, but we've not done bad this season, considering we didnt actually have a team confirmed in CH1 until 10th December!! ANd lay of Jono Smith - he's our throwback!!
