A suprise win for me at Worky...it gives us a chance of third place.
In more general matters....the table clearly shows that we have a lacklustre attack and a very average defence.
However the playoffs are cup games and we could win them...
We have little excuse if we lose at Crusaders given what Cornwall did and when you look at the Rochdale result we look a bit weak to have been thrashed by Midlands.
The two games we had lost up until then were perfectly understandable....that was not by any measure.
I reckon they thought they could just turn up...woeful attitude.
But onwards we go...nothing short of 100% commitment will do it.

I reckon that on the last day of the season we'll need to beat Dewsbury with Hunslet losing at Workington for us to finish second.
Dewsbury will almost certainly have won the league so might not be fully switched on and Workington might need to beat Hunslet to finish ahead of Oldham. On the downside, Worky might not have anything to play for by then if Oldham have already sealed fourth place.
Wow, a far better display ,with our bench providing the impetus to get the job done.
Boas was lively around the ruck while Kenga, Holdstock and Vete ran direct and gave us the platform that was lacking in our last two outings.
I was impresses with Vete who looks huge in comparison to the rest of our pack, with Workington having to put three players into the tackle to try and control him yet he still managed to get the ball out to support on at least three occasions, which is encouraging.
Very few Dons fans at the game, but given our performances of late it was not surprising , however the small group that made the journey will have been well pleased with the performance, although my heart was in my mouth until the last play.
Surprised at some of the weekends results but hopefully we have had our blip and now and we can finish the season strongly going into the play offs.
