Promotion is now based predominantly on off-field crietria. Widnes tick most boxes (to coin a phrase) in this sense. Widnes should be promoted. It really is that simple.

Like Starbug said, it's the system that is wrong and not the problem of Widnes however ridiculous we all know it is.
