Were you at the game? What garbage, every Sheffield fan there was screaming blue murder at him for some reason. Face it, Sheffield lost their heads and decided to try and rough us up by niggling and putting in cheap shots. We let our rugby do the talking and gave more than what we got.

Sheffield played well and had plenty of chances, particularly on the back of Widnes' poor discipline and could have built on that lead mid way through the 2nd half. However we were too strong, to fit and too classy for them in the end.

A good result at a tough ground, Sheffield tried the rough stuff and got owned. They couldnt compete with us trying to play rugby.

Turley was a rubbish ref and i hope we dont have him again, Leythers shouldnt be reffing Widnes games.

The ref certainly wasn't the worst i've seen. Some daft decisions but he let it play. Unlike the likes of Child and Halibut, who are genuinely awful, whistle happy game ruiners.
