Lots of toys being thrown from prams over on the VD about ours being the TV game.I thought it was only Widnes fans who whinged and sulked.
This match has got to be a must win for Widnes but it's going to be tough,no doubt.Just looking at their squad on the Wildcats website and they have players who can and will cause us problems-Amor,Higgins,Moore,Tony,Tadulala and will be coming here to gatecrash the party,not to be used as a doormat.I just hope Betts has us playing the game rather than the occasion.

Blame the RFL not us, we didn't lead you up the garden path. The RFL treat you appallingly in my opinion, but they told the RL world that your franchise bit was nowhere near strong enough for SL, and as of yet your Chairmans threat of legal action has yet to materialise, so at least he's convinced of this.

I agree with the contents of your post. With a "so-called" backer and your subsequent comeback from bankruptcy your bid was stronger. I appreciate the facts. I'm not bitter - i am a realist, which is why your team ARE one of the weaker clubs in SL. Nothing to see here mate - move on.

I must admit officially coming out is such a relief. I'm not totally Widnes though - I'm bi. Heavily into Halifax with a little bit of dirty Widnes now and again. Don't worry, I wear protection - I'll wear a dust mask if I come over to the Stobart.

In reality though, there are about 7 or 8 weaker sides in SL so anyone of us can still finish in the play offs!!
