Anyone know what the queues are like down at the kcom?

Ignore it and press one. You'll either (likely) get an engaged tone or you'll join the queue i've been in for exactly one hour.

Anyone know how long the q is at the kcom? Some pics on Twitter showing a huge q but not sure of they were earlier on. Been trying the phone line for hours but constantly engaged

No way will they sell out today so if it means waiting until next week so be it. Shouldn't be an issue unless you need a large number together.

Took over 250 redials before I managed to get in to the queue. And then over 90 minutes before I got to speak to somebody. 2 & 3/4 hours from start to finish.

Just got to the stadium. Que isn't massive, would estimate about 30 minute wait. Inside too so it's out of the rain.

Really hacked off. Couldn’t get thru first thing so went to stadium, queues there 90 minutes, couldn’t wait.

Finally got into the telephone queue which gives no clue as to where u are,

We've had a few semi finals recently.

Every time people panic that they won't get a ticket. Every time everyone who wants a ticket gets one.

We are in the South East corner of the stadium, Fax are in the South West corner but only the end block of the South Stand which suggests that if needed we will have most of the South Stand as well as the southern end of the East Stand.

I'm going in a group of four and we are sorting our tickets next week. We won't have first choice of where we sit but we will be fine.

The capacity is 28,700 - don't worry people.

I doubt well sell out our allocation anyway but didn't want to be behind the sticks or low down near the pitch but managed to get through on the phone in the end

I bet the Allams would find a way to invalidate any ticket not bought via the SMC. So wouldn't be worth it.

Correct, hubby just got ours, no dramas at all.

It's still up to the SMC, they provide the ticketing service, which includes access to the KCOM stadium via their card readers.
Access to other grounds is dependent on the SMC integrating the ticket allocation we get.
Not difficult, but needs our membership details to provide a full service.
They don't appear to want to do it, or more likely want to charge us the earth to do it. (My guess is that the facility already exists.)

It's not really the smcs responsibility to provide us with an online platform for neutral and away matches. It cant cost that much as even championship sides have online ticket sales. Easier to blame the smc and deal with the occasional chaos I guess

Or, in your case, easier to blame the club.

I'm with Jake. Unless I'm missing something, I don't see what the SMC has to do with away/neutral games. It's 2019, an online option should be standard. If we had this facility for home games too we might get more than 4k for a home cup match.
