From what I'd heard Ligi is desperate to stay and sign a new deal and that is his preferred option but as yet hasn't been given a deal to sign. He may well have received offers from elsewhere but preferring to wait for Hull I don't know.

I believe he has signed and him plus one more will be announced soon. The one more being subject to completion of paperwork.

Whats more likely is the club is playing catch up and finding it difficult to find players to sign and also offload the ones they have made available.

That's what baffles. HDM stated categorically months ago that Griffin, Ma'u and Savelio (and Sao) had all re-signed only for the club to make the announcements recently. Why don't they just announce it when it's actually completed.

The club has been hit by a massive reduction in income, and all you can do is accuse them of playing catchup.

Reserve and academy games are to be played on alternate weekends, but I'd have thought you'd already know that.

I know not everyone likes four Derbies in a season, however perhaps extra Derby fixtures are being played next season to boost income. If so, it’s a sensible shout to benefit all the clubs.

On the field though, it will be difficult for us to lay a glove on the Grand Finalists in any of these games!
