well got mine this morning however I was ill and missed everything including the famous DDD commentary, was their any "pre-match build-up, interviews, live performances and team news" streamed live before kick off?

Watched the Live bit yesterday, it was Ok, sound kept cutting out though, lots of gap filling adverts also.

Read the online program (18th man?) this morning, do people still buy these, hardly anything in them, I wouldn't pay for it.

Game should be on sometime on Tuesday, looking forward to watching it, yesterday I watched last season's game v's Warrington at HJ which is on HullFClive now, that was very good quality and hopefully Hull's will be a similar standard.

Warrington game now up. Disappointed it has no commentary though

i thought the quality would have been better

The quality is very average, no better than the standard highlights, it's not even in focus for the most part

. I know it's only £50 but I expected far better than this, around a 1/3 to 1/4 the quality of a dvd (going by the stream size packet of 1.2gb), even bog standard 2 head video recording is sharper than this, dissapointed tbh.

Strange the quality is so poor, its recorded with high def cameras. It looked pretty good in high def on the super league highlights show.

I would have loved this when I lived overseas, hope the problems are just teething ones.

Don't think the quality's that bad really for £2 a game or whatever it is.

Pleased with it overall, I'm sure it's work in progress for the club. Dispite been a bit blurry, it streamed really well without any freezing. I was never expecting sky sports quality and think it's fantastic value for money. It certainly gave a different perpective on the match and how we played, big thumbs up from me.

Had a few streaming issues, but that might not be down to the site.
Of course I'd prefer a higher quality picture, but it was perfectly watchable and definitely worth more than £50 a season.
Overall - impressed!

Managed to avoid the result for 2 days so that i could watch the game without knowing what was going to happen. Imagine my delight when it said underneath the screen "Watch Hull FC's thrilling 20-20 draw against Warrington Wolves"



Quality was pretty much what i expected, but i don't know why they didn't put DDD's commentary on it seeing as they had him at the game doing it for FC live.

Can I reiterate that previous point.

I imposed a 'previous regime' style media blackout on my self (rather than Radio Humberside) only to have the score thrown up at the bottom of the stream.

I feel a polite email to the club once I get off work is in order.

Also the lack of commentary is bizarre. Can somebody put a farthing in DDD if his meter's ran out of juice.

The sound quality of the commentary during the game bordered on appalling - at one point I switched to the RH feed instead. Assuming that wasn't down to the feed they might have felt that it was better to just omit the commentary from the video and improve things for next time around.

It's a work in progress and clearly has room for improvement, but I did enjoy the build-up and listening to DDD's commentary in the last 20 minutes of the match was certainly involving. Overall a thumbs up from me provided they work on the issues from the first attempt - which I'm sure they will.

Agree Kosh. There are clearly some improvements to be made but at £50, IMO it's very very good value.

I didn't see the live matchday due to being there but what I have seen is very good and the 18th Man programme was also a good read. Although, the match re-run could certainly improve in quality and some commentary wouldn't go amiss.

Looking forward to Seymour and Heremiah(sp) tonight as well.

Anyone know why there are no delayed highlights of Cats home games on Sky this year?

Sky used to use the French tv coverage and just put their commentary on. The French broadcaster was Orange tv and they aren't showing Catalan ths year.

I have just read on the VT that Al Jaazera have agreed a tv deal for this season not sure wether our game will be covered, if it is there might be a chance that sky will show extended highlights
